I spun out on 95 changing lanes (lamely)(moving to the slow lane to let someone else though because I wasn't in a hurry) then when I caught it a semi hit me, I spun again, then went under the trailer. I apparently kept my foot in it and popped out again before I was crushed.
That's my coostroybrah, and I'm sticking to it.

That has always struck me as one of the dumbest things that can come out of a persons mouth. You don't speak my language, so get the **** out of MY country. Like that even makes any sense. "You're wearing purple socks! People in my country don't wear purple. Purple is for ------s, now get the **** out!"

I caught it. I just felt compelled to complain. I love typical republican, white loving Americans who constantly talk about "all of these foreigners". Like you aren't American if you aren't Anglo American, or at least from some part of Europe, and your family has to have been in America for at least 5 generations, or some made up number. If they weren't retarded they would realize that America is very young in comparison to every other 1st world country, and everyone here is a foreigner. America isn't made up of any one people. But, God Bless America! Keep them Mexicans off our land, and stop all of those slanty eyes from swimming over here from China. They already have our jobs, now they want our land too! Rabble Rabble. I'm pretty sure such talk is pretty widespread, but I'm pretty confident I have to deal with it more down here in the good ole boys deep south. I try to live in a box, so I don't have to deal with others' stupidity. I need to escape this place.

On the one hand, you're right. Americans can be a vocal lot when it comes to the subject of immigration, and it's not like the vast majority of us can't trace our heritage back to a boat sailing into NY Harbor. Hell, I'm a first-generation American, and had it not been for Castro, we would have never wound up here at all.
On the other hand, this isn't a uniquely American phenomenon. The more prosperous nations of Europe have also been bitching about this for quite a while. The UK and Germany are two with which I'm quite familiar- originally it was eastern Europeans from former Soviet states, now it's Arabs.
Here's an article which, while not impartial, contains a few good points: Germany admits mass immigration threatens 'social peace' | Mail Online
The title really summarizes the problem, that "mass immigration [in Germany] threatens social peace."
And they're not wrong.
Here in the US, we've never been sufficiently isolated for a long enough period of time to really settle down and mature as a society. But pay a visit to Germany, and you'll be impressed by the sense of social unity there. Yeah, some of it is a result of ethnic cleansing during WWII, but in general, Germany enjoys a state of social harmony and peace which is unknown in many areas, including the US. That comes from being a mostly homogeneous culture, and the report which the article cites is probably dead-on in that creating cultural, social and linguistic diversity in Germany is going to have a deletarious effect on that.
TL;DR: Diversity is not inherently good. Sometimes folks gotta watch out for their own.

English, root word, England.
One of my funnier and more idiotic moments was when I pointed out the irony in the red neck Toyota driver's choice with his "America: speak English or get the **** out" sticker.

Discrimination for any and every reason is a human condition. American Indians killed rival tribesmen, Asian Indians developed castes, Vietnamese lowlanders hate the Mong people of the highlands, the Japanese look down on the Koreans and Chinese, the Koreans don't like anybody because they've been invaded so often, Austrians hate that they are being overrun by Sebs and Croatians, and all of the different states in Spain hate each other.

I agree, but America was founded on, and puts out there that we accept everyone, and everyone is welcome. In reality, I find America much like a southern Baptist church. Everyone is welcome, but when someone who isn't like everyone else shows up, people start whispering and pointing. A smile to your face and a knife in your back.
