Isn't the roof a public space? I assume because she's on it and "not trespassing" is she wants the video in court. If she's topless on the roof, public space, isn't she violating the law herself. Girl on roof and drone isn't that different then girl in yard and walking by. Who's to keep people from coming on the roof as she did and seeing some boob? What does the drone matter?

It doesn't matter whether the girl had a reasonable expectation of privacy when things like this get dragged into the Court of Public Opinion. All lawmakers will hear are the news and their constituents crying about invasion of privacy, spying, and other abuses of technology.
