Hell yeah it can. I have a cabinet full of probably 200 lids and only about 20 bowls that I need to go through and find matches, and recycle the rest. I have an anxiety attack every time I go through there looking for a match.

Seriously?

I own four plastic containers. They are all identical and interchangeable. I bought a four-pack about a decade ago, something similar to this:

(Not that exact package, but the same general idea.)

I have never once, in my entire life, had a problem matching a bowl to a lid in my own kitchen.

Now, when I'm back home visiting the folks in Florida, that's another matter. You remember those small plastic jars that margarine used to come in in the 70s? That's how far back the mismatched bowl collection goes.

I guess mine come from being a thief. I bring leftovers home and never return the bowl. Then I loan some out, and never see them again. Or I'll break a bowl or lid, and not throw away the matching second piece. So I have almost no identical size or brand bowls, they are all just a mixed collection. I need to invest in one of those big sets that have different size bowls, but all share the same lids. THAT would make my life so much easier in the kitchen.

Some road racing forum I think. I was all over the place that day. Nobody there knew the guy.

J-Pez - Those are some pretty fantastic, and quite random, images.

Y8s - What is that large rock in Hemingway's mojito?

By the way, type that phrase in to images.google.

The Cabin In The Woods.

Believe it was a remake. Seemed like normal cheesy horror/slasher movie until about halfway through.

Then my brain slowly started to convulse, increasing in frequency and magnitude all the way until the end.
