There are a couple rough edges inside the slide they say are mandatory so sand down a little, and everybody recommends polishing the feed-ramp with a dremel. Also, I'd put a couple boxes of whatever your SD ammo of choice is through it before I'd trust it. But to make it easy, Golden Saber JHP's seem to be the round of choice.
I polished my feed ramp and chamber with 1500 then 2000 grit sandpaper before I even fired the thing. Have about 2000 rounds through it without even one fail to eject, fail to feed, stovepipe, nothing. It runs perfectly.

They don't give you discount codes, you just see discounted prices on the website. It's a whole parallel pricing structure for dealers.
But -- the irritating thing is that it doesn't show you the non-dealer price. I would usually open Midway in one browser (logged in) and then open it in another browser (not logged in) so that I could compare prices.

The ATF has to notify you within 60 days of receiving your payment with the application...
On a side note, congrats on getting it. I haven't looked at the type 3 at all but I thought the purpose of it was so you can buy c&r guns across state lines and not have to have them shipped to a FFL in your state or have to fill out form 4473
