This guy is a total moron and deserves a trip to jail. Not for the driving though, for confessing and acknowledging any of this. The DA is lucky on this one because there should be no case.

Very true as my friend found that out the hard why when he too every electric control off and spun the car on I95 and totaled it.

+1, it's certainly an uphill battle to try and prove beyond reasonable doubt that something posted on the internet is factual. Hell, let's go arrest Paul Walker, I saw a video with him street racing a ferrari.

Couldn't watch this at work. But I read all the Vin Diesel comments. Thats all I could think about when I got a chance to watch. Hahaha! Didn't move that hand at all during the whole video.

What would the arrest charges be? I thought excessive speeding, reckless over a certain amount was just a larger fine.

Wow. What an idiot for actually confessing it's his... they wouldn't be able to prove it was him beyond a reasonable doubt unless they traced his ip address- which i doubt they'd do for a youtube video.
