I Bet You Don't Even Remember Me
Well, I used to spend a lot of time lurking here with my 1996 BEGi/DIY turbo setup:
But I sold the Miata in 2010 when I was 22 to buy a racebike.
Then I sold the racebike to buy a house, and meanwhile got my first brand new car.
But I was only driving it 4,000 miles per year and paying $300/month for the privilege which I recently realized was stupid, so I sold the BRZ and now I'm back with a Miata.
It's a 2001 Special Edition (#2114/3000 for the m.net types) with only 51k miles on it. I'm thinking it will eventually get a turbo, most likely just an FM Voodoo to keep it simple and reliable. Anyway, I'll go back to lurking now.

I'm in West Allis, but I drove all the way to Rochester, MN to get the car because the local search wasn't very promising. I paid $7200 for this 51k stock 1-owner car that was never driven in winters.

The order that you should do stuff is as following.
1. Go get your emissions testing so it buys you a year or two, not sure how long it lasts where you live.
2. Buy a MS3. Either get a MSPNP-PRO, a MS3X from Braineack, or a MSLabs ecu from TSE. Also buy a wideband O2 sensor. Install them NA and learn to tune.
3. Buy FlowForce injectors from TSE or Amazon and retune fuel.
4. Install a FM1 clutch.
5. Install a turbo setup of your choice.
6. Profit!
Do you remember Philip? He was the original owner who then sold the site to Rick. Several years later Rick then sold the site to Internet Brands who are our new corporate overlords. Braineack changed Ricks account to be named Quality Control Bot. QCB comes around whenever someone is saying or being stupid.
