Default 1994 MS1 going into a late 1995

Sooooo I am trying to road tune this car and it's running ultra-rough. I'm not sure why. The tach doesn't work so that tells me it's a late, 3-pin coil 1995 (verified the coil).

What are the chances this 1994 computer will not work in this late 1995 car?

We have spark on all cylinders, I believe we have fuel on all cylinders, I'm not sure what's next. Do we need to rewire? What should I do?

This is a Brain-built MS1, rewired harness by one guy, then recently rewired to go back to the original design (lol).

the only difference in wiring is the tach output IIRC.

What do you recommend I do next, aside from the tach output? It idles but slightly rough, AFR is reasonable, spark angle is reasonable, plugs are new and .030"; not sure what to do next.

It looks like a harness problem, thanks for the help.
