Boostedpos

I have an MS1 3.0 stand alone in my 1.6. just got the old tune back on the car and it acts super weird. at any rpm range when given gas it sputters like its hitting rev limiter or almost like launch control. it reeks of fuel when turned on, and my engine constants were waayyyyy off, although i changed them back to normal it still acts weird. motor is bone stock other than the turbo and rx7 460cc injectors, and intake. i dont have a wideband in the car although it had been tuned with one before. it is also an open downpipe if that helps at all haha. can someone point me in the right direction here
