I'd get horrible gas mileage with those targets.

I think this is what I'm running right now. Notice how the numbers don't change too drastic like EunosBen's. This will cause smoother fueling, because when you autotune, it's not making a calculation from 14.7-11.8. It's stepping up in fuel in smaller increments. Try mine and see what happens.

It's simliar, but I go leaner in hwy cruise areas...like 15.5-16.0 and not as rich so soon, as it's too easy for me to get into positive pressure with just a little too much throttle going up hills or passing cars or what have you.

I get about 28 mpg after tuning on my attached target. That's just driving back and forth to work and going in boost a few times. When I drove to the Lansdale dyno day in I think it was April? I cruise controlled the turnpike at like 80mph, and I was getting around 31mpg. I bet if I cruised at 65 I'd get better.

It's leaner AFAIK.

OEM ECU goes open loop earlier than that.

Not under full load dummy. It goes open loop if you go WOT at 2500rpm. And 12-12.5:1. Stock, I've recorded as rich as 11.8:1 going slightly uphill on 4th gear. You want 12.5:1 when at ~100kPa. The load is still there.
