Default MSM alt question

Hey guys, my alternator died on my MSM, and I was thinking about using a NA alternator. From the write up I read, all connections are made at the ecu. Is there any special changes I have to make since I'm using a rev build ms?

NA alternator is lower amperage and lower voltage IIRC. I'd use a NB alternator.

That was the plan, but I couldn't find the wiring diagram for the ECU side to connect to the dummy light.

Yeah I saw that, but I wasn't sure if it was the same for MSM or not. Leatherface did a write up, but the pics weren't hosted anymore. And his was MSM specific.

So I it in a new alternator and my wife has been driving it. She neglected to tell me that when the ac and lights are on, when she hits the brakes the car stops charging. It didn't due it prior, so either faulty rebuilt alt or ms setting? I never messed with the settings for alt control on the ms
