Default Pnp2 not seeing variable tps signal

Details:
Diy auto tune pnp2
Wells tps

I have the sensor installed and wired in as described in multiple diy's. Using a multimeter I can see the voltage value change on the signal wire when I rotate then sensor.

Why I go into the tps table and try to retrieve values it always reports back with zero regardless of throttle position....anyone have any ideas?

Is your MS wired to run a VTPS? You have to connect some ports inside the MS.

I was under the impression (perhaps incorrectly) that the diy autotune pnp2 was configured to be capable of using a variable tps without having to modify the ecu?

Got it all worked out. Needed to add a jumper to the circuit board. Did it and it works as it should.

To clarify for others reading this thread - there's a pull off jumper to turn VTPS input off or on inside the Gen 2 MSPNP for the '90-'93 cars, but no soldering is required.
