Default Newbie question using LC-1

Got my LC-1 wb lambda sensor installed and as far as I know correctly configured, but I cant say that it seems to be working for me.

I used the LM programmer and set the AFR to 10-20 and then changed EGO setting (to WideBand and 2.352V for 14,7:1 AFR) in MegaTune and also to use the Innovative PLX sensor in MegaTune Configurator.

But on WOT both the MegaTune and the gauge (Innovative G2 using Analog 1 at factory setting 7.35 to 22.39 AFR) says "maximum rich", which is 10 and 8 for the G2 gauge.

At cruise the reading is the other way around, full lean (19.96 and 18). But the car seems to be running nice though.... but do I dare to use it?? And more important these values doesnt seem to do me any good if I should do any tuning on it.

Car is running on 95 octane but with the base map (93 oct) although that should not be of any significance. Bone stock as of now part from a cat-back system and headers... and the MS PnP of course .

TIA

Did you set up MT in Config for WB?
Did you calibrate the sensor?

I did calibrate the sensor and the LED blinking was accordingly to the instructions so that should have went ok, but I´ll remove it from the header and try again.

But the "MT" thing sounds like something I could have missed What does MT stand for ?

Attached two pics, one of the LM programmer, and one of the MegaTune GUI at WOT... I also have a MegaTune log if it could be of interest, the O2 in it mostly read 4.980 and 0.000/0.0020 and a few volt measurments in between.

Tnx

I would get these issues when my sensor lost calibration. Hook the sensor up to your laptop when running the calibrations with the program (not LM programmer but the other one Innovative has that shows you the AFR) and it will tell you while its calibrating so you know its doing it.

Hej Krögarn,

I just learned from a thread here not so long ago that the Swedish 95 octane fuel is equivalent to the US 91 octane fuel. The octane ratings are not measure by the same standard (R+N)/2 in the US and… only N in Sweden? The 98 octane fuel instead matches the US 93 octane.

Hopefully its not like California 91 Octane, that stuff seems to suck compared to other states 91 Octane. To top it off, its more expensive than 93 octane elsewhere.

/end rant

A ".002" too much but anything else??

Now the garage for a recalibration to see if anything happens.....

if you're talking about the plx sensor setting, its the right one for using 0-5v=10-20 afr
