Default Suddenly having problems

Running a Reverent Enhanced MS2.

Opened it up to install the big daddy MAP sensor, had also connected a second wire to enable live barometric correction. Car still worked fine but was not getting any barometric correction. Told to remove that wire, and with everything disassembled, roommate placed something on the CPU and broke pins off main chip. Replaced chip and re flashed firmware, but have had little issues spring up with it since.

Current issue is hard starting and almost a soft-rev limit at 2000 RPM where Gair just goes crazy and causes car to lurch when passing though that area. No rev limiter, so flat shift, launch control. It just started doing this randomly a couple weeks ago. Have had times where flash to ECU and Tuner studio differance page where all the numbers are nonsense and can be completely random sometimes. Flash again and it seems to be ok. The problem is that I am afraid that it corrupted a setting somewhere that I cannot change now. I have tried to reflash the firmware and load the default msq it had loaded, and still has this soft rev limit at 2000 rpm.

I have run out of ideas on what else is going on with this thing and do not know what else to do with it. The cold start I can deal with, it is the 2000 rpm hesitation that is making it crap to drive right now.

Current tune saved right after the above data log:

did you adjust your tune so it was looking for two independent sensors?

did you adjust your tune so real-time barometric corrections were enabled?

did you calibrate your MAP sensor to 4-bar?

MAP sensor was changed to 4-bar both hardware and sensor vaules, so is showing correct pressures.

I have a message from Rev saying that I needed to connect the second sensor to JS-something ( cannot remember exactly what it was now ) and it was not seeing anything, then later told that it needed a separate 1 bar sensor instead. ( I have this 1 bar sensor somewhere, just have not installed it) The second sensor on the mapdaddy is disconnected and is not using real time barometric corrections now and has not for some time, this 2000 RPM hesitation is new within the last couple weeks and makes driving at parking lot speeds cause the car to thrash around.

The log above when warm is just free revving in my driveway to 2000 rpm til Gair starts going crazy, no load on the drivetrain itself.

Any suggestions? I am not sure what else can effect only Gair exactly at 2000 rpm.. I am not seeing any settings that correspond to that rpm.
