Feeler for 1.6L built motor and turbo setup

Feeler for 1.6L built motor and turbo setup
I've been debating this for awhile and I know I've been totally MIA, but life catches up with you sometimes. I'm posting this as a feeler as if the motor/turbo setup is sold, then I will be parting most of the rest of the goodies aside from the shell/suspension.

Again, no bidding on the other stuff, I am looking initially to just sell the motor and turbo setup so here is the nitty gritty. I will split the shortblock/head if there are takers for both, and I will ship if you are willing to be patient (for me to pull the motor and crate it up) as well as pay for ALL packing/shipping costs.
1) MOTOR: 1.63L with 0.020" overbore, head with ceramic coated intake/exhaust/combustion chambers, Supertech valvetrain, Mazdaspeed solid lifters with shim under bucket conversion, 5-angle valve job, Fidanza cam gears, Integral stage 3 cams, cometic HG, ARP head studs, wiseco pistons 8.5:1 comp ratio (ceramic top coat, dry film side coat, oil shedding bottom coat), CAT forged rods, ACL bearings, balanced rotating assembly, billet OP gears, shimmed oil pump, and Clutchnet 3x PP with 6 puck disk. Less than 300 miles on the motors with NO track time. $2500 prefer local pickup, but will ship at buyer's expense
2) TURBO SETUP: Flipside custom tubular manifold with T25 flange, GT2871 with T25 flange inlet, V-banded outlet, V-banded 3" DP with separated WG flow, Tial 38mm WG, 3" midpipe with high flow cat, all assorted SS -an oil/water lines/fittings. $2200 + shipping. I'd consider parting out the setup if the big stuff was spoken for. Again, less than 300 miles on this setup at 9 psi since I never changed the WG spring.

I wanted to see if there was any interest in the big stuff, and if so pretty much everything but the shell and suspension would be getting parted out. Heck, if someone wanted several bits, I'm sure we could work out a deal. If I get my lift in by then, I'd even let you install it here using the lift.
