Hey, I need some help here.

I was driving this evening and I suddenly heard a small knocking sound, which the car never made before.

So I checked it out and found out the sound was coming from what seems the injectors. In the video I uploaded on youtube in the link below you can hear the sound (which sounds quieter in real life). It def doesn't sound like rod knock to me but I could be wrong.

Can someone perhaps help me identifyi this sound?

edit: it is a 2000 nb1 with ev14 injectors if that helps
