I finished putting the car back together yesterday with the reco'd head etc. I'll be doing the first start of it this afternoon; it's a bit scary hey!

Hopefully it's good for a bit more power now the timing is set correctly (exhaust cam was one tooth advanced) and VICS is now working properly. If everything works OK and has no leaks for a week or so it will hit the dyno again.

I have the main fan coming on at 95 and the air con fan coming on at 97, they both switch off at 90. The thermostat is the standard NB Mazda one, 88 degrees from memory.

Had a minor coolant leak but looks good at this stage!

Upgraded to firmware 2.0 while I was at it.
