did you calibrate all these sensors? ie TPS and CLT?

http://y8spec.com/adaptronic/Harness-Yates_090502.xls <-- latest and greatest.

Thanks Matt.

The "false" readings are still there even with the sensors physically disconnected from the wires.

Ah, so its just the log that has the wrong type of numbers showing. (the integer/decimal thing I was talking about.)

Congrats on tracking some of them down.

I updated the firmware and now i'm getting valid logs. But the problem with the ground connections are still there.

update:

I have managed to make the adaptronic read the sensors, but when I move the throttle body, the reading goes to the MAP value in the adaptronic.

What is happening?

Sounds like you've got your TPS crossed with your MAP input. Just switch them.

Great news! The Dacia Sandero is now available! the what?

Now... the other news.

All sensors are working. TPS and MAP were crossed.
I need to calibrate water and air sensors, btw here is a log of a cranking attempt.

Ignition shows 7º and don't move. Is this normal?

It looks like you need to update your MAT table unless it really is -30ishC there. 7* cranking is normal. It won't do anything until you move it out of cranking mode. It seems like your cranking rpm is half what it should be... It should be more like 250-300 if I remember correctly. Maybe you have a trigger problem.

Travis, should the BAT54S diodes need to be installed ? Can I use another diode?

the diodes keep one ECU from causing noise on the other. you dont need the bat54s. you can also use the BAT85 thru-hole if it makes it easier.

Digi-Key - 568-1617-2-ND (NXP Semiconductors - BAT85,113)

same specs and you can ignore the second diode pin on the wiring diagram as it goes to nowhere.

I removed the spark plugs out to check the spark while cranking, and I have no spark!

IGN1 and ING2 are connected correctly, also CKP and CAS (with diodes now). I'm starting to think that I'm the silliest member on this forum.

Maybe you blew your ignitors?

It happened to me when I first installed the MS. That's why I run COP now.

you have IGN2 connected to 1 and 4 and IGN1 connected to 2 and 3, right? the adaptronic fires cylinder 2 "first".

Yes, IGN2 (green wire) connected to 1&4 and IGN1 (yellow wire) connected to 2&3.
