I should check my fuses first duh! (was: Dead ecu?)
Well, as if anything can't get any worse, my ECU died on me and all the lights went off in the middle of the road, causing me to stall and tug my car home.
:( ... This build is becoming.... has become the biggest headache ever. Any one ever run into this?.. I disconnected all four connectors on the back of the ECU, disconnected my battery and left it for about ten minutes to see if it would reset. Plug it all back in and connected the battery, still no lights. There are no shorts or anything. It was running fine before and it just suddenly died.

Oh tell me about it man Lol, First time engine blew. The rod shot out a chunk of the block with a hole the size of my fist if not bigger, second time around, my crank decided it like the rod bearing a lot and decided to bump uglies with it and give me some crazy rod knock, and currently, coolant seems to be going into the oil system and adaptronic just died

I suppose I should start off by some simple trouleshooting. Check all fueses and relays. Check to see if im getting power to adaptronic from my ecu. Make sure all connectors are in. Am i able to hook up a test light to the red wire on the 8 pin connector and ground the test light to the ground next to the 8 pin connector? Is this safe?

You have a short. And yes that is the problem.
I'd plug in the stock ecu and at least see if the car cranks over and all lights come on. Go from there. I don't think its adaptronic related as much as just wiring related.
Check all the connections to/from adap AS WELL AS the little circuit board that the wiring goes through before connecting to the stock ecu.
I think I remember someone saying their circuit board had some loose connections

At least now you know its wiring related and not the ecu right?

Thats a plus lol well i did find that the wire that previously went to my a/c was just hanging around there. But the a/c was never engaged. Oh well. Im just glad that the ecu is fine and its just a wiring problem. Now to start the long tedious task of tracing what the "engine" fuse wires go to :(

Hang in there man! I had what I thought was just a blown head gasket, so I replaced the gasket to find #4 was also toast. Put new bottom end in, found out on the dyno a few weeks later that this time the head didn't take properly. Now I'm about a day from completing my 3rd head gasket swap on this car! Hopefully the ARP head studs ensure the thing is bolted down properly this time!
