How to program electrical load
My car stalls whenever I turn on the lights. This started when I installed the HIDs back on and it's worse now that I'm tuning with VE.
Can someone walk me through how to add an electrical load for the lights? I've read the manual but it doesn't make sense to me.
Do I need to do it in the aux out or digital input tab?
If in digital input would it be active high or active low?
Also how does the ecu know when to stop extra effort when the lights have warmed up and doesn't need the extra effort as much?
I do have low active elec. load in the digital input but increasing the value in the idle tab hasn't helped.

You would need to use an input to do this as the ECU has no idea if the lights are on or off at the moment. For the fans it is easy to do using a logic only input since you know the on/off temps but this is not the case with the lights. I suggest playing with your closed loop idle settings to get it to compensate better/more quickly.
