I WANT ONE NOW STEF!!! I'm gonna ceramic coat it bright silver to match my Turbo manifold on the other side because you know they have to match! It's gonna be SO hard to drive around for a few hundred miles without boosting. Maybe I'll let someone else do it for me.:)

EGR is a must if you ask me. Older cars will have a hard time getting through the sniffer test, and newer ones will get a CEL. Switching out the intake manifold every year is too much work.

Vac ports aren't too big of a deal since vac blocks are pretty cheap and look cool.

And you would be wrong. i think if you can make it an option that would be best.

My car goes to the dyno in a week for baseline tuning. That was the earliest we could schedule it. The Xede and injectors are back on/in it. When it comes back, the new intake manifold, with the longer/round runners, goes on. It goes for tuning again probably the following week....

Surely this thing is has been to the dyno by now. Any updates on the intake manifold?

The 1.8L manifold has not been to the dyno yet. Someone else is testing the 1.6L manifold though. I feel your frustration though. Tim is back in school now and is getting the NC wrapped up. We need to clone him and Corky so that we can gets things done faster. :)

Here are photos of the latest 1.6L Manifold.

The legs are tapered. If I am not understanding your question, let me know.

As soon as they have been tested, we will put them up for sale on the web. We just want to make sure there are not any major problems first.

The nicer photos are going up right now.
