When you are testing the coils you aren't letting the other spark plug rest against a ground?

Could you repin the connector so 1-4 is firing the 2-3 coil pack? Just for testing in test mode, to see if it's just a dead coil pack.

What are your dwell and battery voltage correction settings looking like?

1 and 4 are ignited by coil pack 1, while 2 and 3 are ignited by coil pack 2. If you get a spark on 1 but not on 4, and you get spark on 3 but not on 2, then you have either configured the ECU for sequential ignition (thus with the stock coilpacks only 1 and 3 fire) or you have 2 faulty coilpacks that only fire a single cylinder instead of two.

After listening to what the two intelligent people said before I found there was a problem with the fab 9 cop harness. This the signal wire to only 2 of the spark plugs were firing.

Now the car is running good on the stock coil pack and NEW spark plugs. If you are wanting to do something similar, in my experiences the ignition system is the most valurnable part. Take spark very seriously.

Haven't posted for awhile so here's some updates:

Swapped to a open diff, new Chinese turbo, new boost gauge. Everything seems to run pretty good with my waste gate spring set at 17-18 psi. I'm happy with the power level.

Regarding the fab9 cops Bryan has given me very good customer service he fixed the plug that had the wire come undone for free. HOWEVER, in my experience the fab9 cops are a fail product. They have given me so much headache and have caused way more trouble than they're worth.

//Rant

After I got the wiring issue fixed I used standard NGK spark plugs and set the fab9 coils on top and the car started right up on the first crank. However, if anyone has used this product because you know the tips of the spark plugs have to unscrew from the provided spark plugs so that the coils have a way to seat down and stay secured. This means you can't use normal spark plugs. So once I swapped back to the spark plugs provided by fab9 the car wouldn't start at all.

Since, I have switched BACK to the stock coil pack and standard NGK plugs and the car has run great. I could probably get new spark plugs that are compatible with the fab9 cops that are "hotter" and the car would run. However, I'm fed up. I'm tired of wasting my time, money, and effort into this product and now I want to move on.

//end Rant

If you want a alternative option to the stock coil pack get LS coils.

Another problem. I'm having the most annoying time with the IAC valve and this might or might not be related to a fueling issue.

The problem is as follows. I start the car from a cold start and it idles at 1700-1900 rpm. My idle AFR is acceptable fluctuating between 13.8-14.7. I start driving the car (after the car is fully warmed up mind you) my AFR's get crazy rich, 11's under partial throttle. Also idle never drops from 1700-1900. I turn off the car to power cycle megasquirt. When I start the car back up my idle then drops to 1000 (where I targeted it) and my AFR's are back to where I want, around 14.7 at idle and 16 at highway cruising speeds.

This issue is really annoying because it makes my AFR's very sparatic and I basically have to power cycle megasquirt once the car has warmed up. Not annoying if your in your driveway. Annoying if you are in a parking lot at school then have to power cycle while driving.

I'm burning a quart of oil every 250 miles. So I took the head off to inspect it, rate my valves?

...Going to replace valve seals
