Interesting.

I just got mine finished up, I'll check and see what they measure.

Also, new e-bay manifold. I like cheep.

There's a thousand buck 1.8 with a good front bumper near me, t-boned to hell and back...

It's either that or finish the s10, what to do.

I really need to fix my truck, and sell the other truck I never use.

Finally a cast 1.8 manifold. And its got a weird cast aluminum heat shield thingy that protects the paint on the hood I guess.

I'm not sure, it may not be a copy of anything. I don't know squat about 1.8 manifolds, other than the runners are further apart.

If I had more liquidity I would buy both, if I sell the truck I never use I could possibly do both. I need to clean it up and get it listed and quit using it as a workbench.

Where can i find .020 washers? Then I could space the caliper .020 towards the outside. Then it would be:

Outside: .067
Inside: .070

I still need to check the other side. But if they match we might need to adjust the design.

If nothing at the hardware store is close you might try these, they're a bit spendy though. Fender washers are usually pretty thin, the diameter might be too big though. Bend them over or cut them off, maybe.

I can cut fender washers no problem. I'll go digging tomorrow. I need to make sure the offset is there on the bottom too and the bracket isn't twisted.

I'm interested in what you find, that offset should be pretty damn close since I milled them all in one shot with the same tool.

It is both sides doing that, or just the one?

Both sides are like that. Don't know if the measurements are the same.

It was nice meeting you to, but reading this is a bit of a bummer, they are very reasonably priced for the level of performance, fit, finish, functionality etc..
Let me know if you change your mind, we have them in stock ready to ship

Thanks for the pics you posted on my build thread, glad your GF enjoyed the ride in Creampuff.

Thanks for visiting Moti. I am very impressed with your product. The fitment is spot on, and I don't think I can match the look. I may very well end up with something half as good as yours, and then I will buy yours. I know my thread is long but the purpose of the entire build is to try things myself the first time.

I apologize if my demo took time away from paying customers. And if I was worried more about my lap times I would have bought it on the spot. But my car is more about learning how to build things than it is about going fast. If you had always bought hard dog roll bars would we have your beautiful GT3 roll bars today?

Having your product out to try out is something no other vendor can claim. And I think its really cool you guys do that. But if you read through my build there really is almost nothing on the car from a vendor. Its kinda something I take pride in.

So here's the deal. I'm going to go buy some lexan. Probably ruin a few sheets, and break some tools. And when I still can't figure it out you will get a call from me.
