Granted, we turned the boost back down to 10.5 and it's really only 239 whp but still. Really not bad for a stock 1.6 motor. It's pretty hard to get too much torque out of these motors, too. So I'm pretty happy with the 200 ish range.

That's really, really smooth. Bet it drives very nicely. Looks like they ramped up boost slowly to avoid block venting. I think you're fine.

Yep! Their new Alpha Omega turbo parts are really something. Corky is a hell of an engineer and Stephanie is a hell of a tuner.

Kinda interested in seeing how other higher powered stock 1.6 motors compare to these numbers... Anyone have a 1.6 and a dyno sheet?

I will in the next month or 3. Keep and eye on my build, or I can post it in here if you want. Aidan and Deezums should both have something too.

No torque curve unfortunately.

This is 4th gear.

@Sean
Hm, cool! What kind of manifold, downpipe, turbo, and IC piping are you using?

I wonder what my 4th gear would look like...
What's the setup on this car?

I gotta tell you guys, staying with Corky for a week was one of the coolest experiences I've ever had. I learned so much and his dry sense of humor never gets old!

Well, it's been a while. My buddy just picked up a '91 so I have been helping him with everything maintenance and turbo-prep related. Kinda nice because I am getting to do everything I did over again- This time just better!

My car is still pulling hard and strong- Woo! Finally picked up some Garage Star Delrin Door Bushings to see what all the fuss was about. I am excited to test them out considering I already have a welded in 4 point roll bar, Carbing rear strut bar, and an ebay special front strut bar. Hopefully I will see some improvements overall. Thinking about going for the FM Butterfly Brace here soon, too... Any thoughts?

Also have some DIY interior projects going on at the moment
