Looks sick. Run a log of a pull through virtualdyno, I'd like to see the power curve!

"Thread" needs pictures of your intercooler plumbing.

... I'd like to see the hotside at least, especially if you DIDN'T use the MSM route since that would run through my Cold Air Box.

I will be posting more pictures of it soon. My turbo is clocked to point toward the engine block at a 45, This is how Trackspeed says to do it in their instructions

good build.

10psi should be about 230-250hp on a 6258. depending on how aggressive the timing map is.

i woukd change out the suspension to something better, vmaxxx is very mediocre. ive had them.

Thanks, timing is very conservative at the moment so i don't think i am taking full advantage of the boost level. I will be turning up the boost to about 12-14psi. As for the suspension the vmcxx has been decent and i don't have any complaints, however; I will be purchasing xidas sometime down the road. For the time being seat time is the main goal.

After taking the car to the track for the first time the car ran very well. The only real problem was cooling, after a few laps i would have to take a few cool down laps. So after re-evaluating my current ducting setup i found the obviously overlooked problem. My radiator was not getting enough fresh air and the gap i left between the intercooler and the crash bar was not enough. So the fix was to cut out the crash bar. I do have a bash bar to help keep the front end stiff and provide some protection.
The results was a 20 degree temp drop.

true, more seat time is the best mod you can make.

about overheating, do you have the plastic undertray installed? It's very important for proper air flow through radiator.

No I do not have the stock under tray on however i have panels that connect from the bottom of the intercooler to the bottom of the radiator and its sealed off on all sides. Ducting work was very extensive but there was just not a big enough gap for enough fresh air to get into the radiator.
