Budget Build ~250hp review of parts/services/longevitiy/costs
Yeah, I was talking about the tranny.... tranny can be seen in the earlier pics sitting next to the car. So far has been handling huge loads great, no complaints there. Transmission is a different story.
No local market in Maine and not worth the effort to ship for that amount of money imo. One of my friends will use it for a project eventually, or some sort of go-kart shenanigans
Well Nah I was on my PC. I uploaded them directly, wasn't sure if linking externally would make it so other people could see. I could see them last night. I'll just reupload I guess. -_-
Those first few are the day after I got the car, lowered it too much etc, it's now at 12.5 height with kirkey seats and no interior, probably how it will stay. girlfriend enjoys doodling so that gives her something to do while I work on the car.

Here are some pictures of the welds on the IC piping and the mani. The welds are much more telling now that they have had some heat applied to them. Not great quality, but could be a lot worse. I have no information whatsoever to provide on the turbo, except the thread sizes and that it is a gt2554 replica. The turbo has already developed some blowby (mostly on the exhaust side, some on intake side) after a 5 minute low-rpm drive, so I suspect it'll be getting replaced rather quickly.

I really doubt you understand the forces and energy that goes into a manifold if you believe that's up to the task.

For all of us men who only drive flat out, it will crack from know how big our penises are.
