If you upgrade to a 1.8 diff now, you can sell the 1.6 diff to some who had theirs explode for $1-200 bucks. Why just let it grenade?

Yeah, I was talking about the tranny.... tranny can be seen in the earlier pics sitting next to the car. So far has been handling huge loads great, no complaints there. Transmission is a different story.

No local market in Maine and not worth the effort to ship for that amount of money imo. One of my friends will use it for a project eventually, or some sort of go-kart shenanigans

They did work, but the website must be experiencing server issues. Either way I was making a joke at my girlfriend's expense. Luckily she thought it was funny too.

They were working yesterday for me. How can I fix them? URL instead of upload?

Well Nah I was on my PC. I uploaded them directly, wasn't sure if linking externally would make it so other people could see. I could see them last night. I'll just reupload I guess. -_-

I thought you might say that. Basically I would like for the car to be a (relatively quick) v8 troll. Nothing else. It doesn't have to be reliable, look clean etc.

Those first few are the day after I got the car, lowered it too much etc, it's now at 12.5 height with kirkey seats and no interior, probably how it will stay. girlfriend enjoys doodling so that gives her something to do while I work on the car.

The turbo has already developed some blowby (mostly on the exhaust side, some on intake side) after a 5 minute low-rpm drive, so I suspect it'll be getting replaced rather quickly.

Yeah that'll **** itself in a week or 2.

I really doubt you understand the forces and energy that goes into a manifold if you believe that's up to the task.
