Do you by chance still have and want to sell either of those 1.6 turbo mani’s?? Looking for a cast one for my 1.6 turbo build.

Before i get flamed for staying 1.6, it’s already in there and i’m not going 1.8 because i’m not trying to make the max amount of power out of this 1.6. Just want a nice bump in power.

 

I already sold all my old 1.6 stuff a while back. Sold the FM setup and paid for the Kraken. MUCH happier. IMO

Now just to figure out my trigger offset issues :(

 

Alright, so I am a big dummie, and put the crank trigger wheel on backward. That caused the timing to be waaaaay off. I was chasing my tail for a little while until a friend asked if I installed it with the raised portion facing me. I did not.
So with that corrected, I was able to set the base timing correctly and was rid of all my trigger issues.

The car has been doing well so far, about 120 miles on the setup so far.



Not super happy with how the intercooler piping is setup, but I will be changing it once I get moved into the new house. Also will be changing the intercooler clamps to the correct style. I wanted to get it running quickly!

Needs wiring loomed!
