Drove GridLife at Lime Rock Park this weekend. Haven't been back to Lime Rock for drifting since 2013, my first drift season, so it was amazing being back.

Experiencing some breaking up / stumbling at 6k rpm street driving. On track, when the car is warm / hot, not noticing the same issue. Feels like spark cut or fuel cut, so have to trouble shoot that.

With the e36 M3 gone, I've been looking for a replacement family cruiser / fun car. Needed to be able to seat 4, and be on the "sportier" side. Settled on a GR86, put a deposit down in November 2021, and the dealership could not get the car in the spec I wanted. Saw this car pop up on marketplace and decided to buy it. 2004 GTO.

That’s a Graaco 3-in-1, and judging from the inserts and low shoulders, maybe not yet, but soon.

I have 2, one is self loading in the booster, the other is self loading but needs help with the straps. So we're getting there lol.

It's interesting to see how much you improved over time, good work. The GTO is a very capable car in the twisties. The M3 is regrets.

Cool GTO! A few dudes bring those out to our time attack events and they have always impressed me in that regard. Not quite as much as a new Camaro, but still impressive!

Just finished swapping rear CTS-V Brembo’s onto the GTO. Car came with Brembo’s on the front so did the rear swap to match and balance the car out. I need to work on the Miata but the GTO’s been too much of a distraction atm.

Stock 2005 GTO rears vs CTSV rear Brembo’s

With stock 2005 rear brakes

with CTSV swap

Spring is here so time to get all the junk off the miata, and get it ready for drift season.

The GTO was a huge distraction this winter, but it's mostly ready.

First event of the season, blew up 2nd gear again. Picked up another 5 speed, but i may have to swap to a 6 speed and hope that holds up better.
