so you are having problems getting it in the hole?


what if you try putting the driveshaft in and wiggling it while you try pushing it into the engine? check near the starter and make sure no lines are getting sandwiched between block and tranny.

tried turnign driveshaft, no lines, no starter

Can you take a high res picture of the inerds of the spline?

I've deburred 1000s of splines and gears, both internal and external. The chamfer does nothing but make sure the burr is either gone or at least not interfering with the spline engagement. "chamfering the ever living **** out of it is like saying you got a bolt to fit by drilling out the threads. If a spline doesn't fit, there are VERY specific reasons why, all of which cannot be solved by any home tools. Fab masters from Absurdflow or Artech don't even have the tools. Gear/spline tooling is very specific. Something on your shaft is damaged or over sized, or something in your splines is damaged or undersized.

Sounds like you messed up the clutch. I've watched Sav take out (AND put back in) his trans multiple times with that exact setup. And he's a vagina.

forester xt turbo **** the bed hard during the worst week of work I've had in years.

i drove that bitch till it screamed. Then i drove it until it did this



Fuckl you whorebucket I **** on your face.

Sadly when i puleld the exhaust it fell apart and so now subie is becoming proect car #2. failsauce for daily driver ugh

3" exhaust, DP, some sti turbo for it. gonna try to do 300hp to rape your turbo miata with

opensource tuning. not looking forward to tuning my daily. again

i am severely withrdrawing from boost. i have a ford fiesta rental and it is a dirty *****. 6 speed automatic for the win. it's shifting logic is really fucked up and i think it actually might be a fun car with the 6sp manual. yesterday, i got 1.5s of airtime going over a bridge near my hoouawse . this **** is not the same as the boost though. sad.
