haha OK OK we will all have to get together and do a megasquirt session. Lets not do it at 10pm on the berlin turnpike tho. I dont think street tuning would be such a great idea there.
LOL we had enough attention when I set up his launch control. **** sounds AMAZING on that exhaust.

I never got a ride in it :( . I was just showing him the ropes with a few settings and then I loaded in brain's old timing map.
He had the stock DIY PNP map on with his low compression pistons. SO MUCH room to play. There is still a lot that car can go before it is considered agressive timing tho. . . But I think a det can tune might be a good idea.

Brains map is definitly a good starting point. I was amazed with the difference it made on my car. I've been making a few changes here and there with it and I think I got it dialed in pretty good for my car. I could probably be a bit more aggressive, but I'd like to do that work on a dyno or with a helper on the street (Pain in the *** driving, listening to the detcans, and making adjustments all at once) The det cans are key. They have been my number one tool lately since they make me feel more comfortable making adjustments. Otherwise I'd have no idea on if the changes I'm making are good or bad.

K long time with no updates, i got my RC750's in the car running awesome and i took the kelford cams back out, its still up in the air what i want to do with them, but here's a few pics. Also my wife did a photo shoot last week and we got to include my car in a few shots, they came out pretty damn cool, lemme know what you guys think!

A few questions on your turbo--
I looked on the garrett website and i can't find your turbo. :( Would you mind posting a link to the page? I was curious about the compressor map. Also which size compressor are you using?
I ask since I'm curious how this turbo compares to the GT30 and GT35. thanks
P.S. Please whup on the STI-- there are quite a few 500+hp sti's and evos in my area

I'm confused--- if fastcolt is running 30psi, that is pretty durn far off the efficiency map. I dunno his altitude but he needs 51psi absolute to hit 500hp crank which um works out to a pressure ratio of over 3.5.
If I am reading the map right, the car should be sized well enough for around 325 crank but not much more? Looks like the modern equivalent would be a 2871 or 6???

I doubt my ability to comprehend compressor maps. Nyways TTU to you and your build! What is your RPM redline now? Also how is that sprung 4 puck working out for you? I have the ACT 6 puck and IMO it's smooth as a kitten
