Looking at Brain's quote regarding scavenging, it appears that the same scenario that benefits number 2 cylinder would also benefit number 3 because number 4 is opening before number 3 is closed and they are adjacent. Jtothewhat's manifold should likely increase the efficiency of both number 2 and 3 cylinders at all RPMs. The amount of benefit is going to be greater with engines using larger camshafts because the duration of the overlap would be more significant.

The only thing that could make that manifold cooler would be if it were a v band, but I don't think they make a V band housing for that turbo

There is no E.T.A on the Treadstone housings yet.

I don't think it matters though, unless some one can design a V-band inlet, twin scroll housing. I would imagine that would take a bit of ingenuity for the manifold "flange"

So how will the ewgs be routed? Not a whole lot of room left for any easy/clean routing unless you loop them like noodles around the whole setup.

Or just borrow Fairyflowers sawzall and cut off the frame rails. Or route into the cabin so you can smell the sweet goodness that is carbon monoxide
