Really like the gearshift surround, where did that come from?

Would tidy up the rubber boot/surround I have left in the race car nicely....

The short console is a SpeedWorksGarage piece made by yours truly. Jared took it a step further with the carbon wrap and the shift ring.

 

 

Only the carbon door handle is gay. I like the quilt the rest of the ------s here will tell you its shitty, **** em.

 

I couldnt give two ***** less who doesnt like my stuff. To each their own.

 

Not a fan of the contrasting stitching, but the diamond pattern is cool.

Question: What size dingleberry hone brush and grit is best for my block thats going to be rebuilt? Ive seen people use 240 and 320 grit. Im also keeping the stock pistons. Just cleaning them and re ringing them.

 

No clue on what size hone brush, but you are at least putting forged rods in this rebuilt motor?

 

If cylinder walls are in good shape, use the lightest grit possible to hone. You just want to create a pattern in the cylinder to let the rings seat well. Material removal is not the goal; just getting those fine scuff patterns in the walls is the object.

Thanks dude. This is the block that would never blow. The stock one that I shoved 30 psi into. Oddly enough, the crosshatch marks from the factory are all there and look great
