Mad Scientist's Noob turbo NA build thread - Rip me a new one

Some of the pins on the board weren't soldered correctly and was messing things up. We had thought that it was all tested and everything, so I resorted to just getting a new CAS, which of course didn't end up working. Definitely not the PnP solution I was looking for lol.
And for the injectors, they were making it impossible to tune because the idle was being all messed up. They were GB Remanufacturing injectors; forgot the part # off the top of my head.
Edit: There was a short internally on the PCB, so we had to remake the entire circuit. The MAP was poorly soldered on.

So.... I officially hate my Speeduino. Nothing but problems! I don't think my IAC is working with the Speeduino (from SpeedyEFI). Changing the IAC PWM duty doesn't affect the idle at all, so I'm pretty sure there's something up with the ECU. Any ideas, guys? Driving it in traffic is starting to get stressful because it keeps stalling when I hit a red light.
Tried playing around with accel enrichments with TPSDot to fix the hesitation/stumble/stall from a stop, but my TPS is giving a really noisy signal and tweaks out. Could the TPS be out of commission? I still need to verify that it's getting a clean 5V signal. With the TPS messed up, I tried playing around with MAPDot, but I've yielded no results with it too.
On a good note, I've been doing a lot of driving with autotune on and I think the VE ranges for cruising are starting to dial in!

Check the pinouts and make sure you are getting the right signals to the right wires on the IAC? 5v 12v ground? I think I've heard of some being wired differently from one year model to the other, but I have experienced it myself.

Might be a noob question.. but I tried searching using various different combinations of keywords on Google with a "site:miataturbo.net ..." search query, however I found no definitive answer.
Changing the PWM idle duty around also doesn't affect idle at all.
Is there a way to test whether or not an idle valve (IAC) is broken? I checked the wiring harness and it's getting 12v. It is also getting continuity to the ECU and it seems to also be pulsing at around 400Hz.
