LOL. I posted VD logs a couple years ago, I'm sure they aren't perfect but it was probably close. Also have posted time slips, and videos. Either way, I built the car to have fun and go fast, it does that. I'll see if I can surprise you with a dyno sometime soon. A good friend of mine suggested I just drive it and stop trying to add power. Not sure if he's crazy, or I'm crazy.

hahaha, of course you're both crazy
It's cool man, you know I'm all about this madness and applaud you doing insane things with your car, ever since you saw the light and went big turbo
I just bust your ***** from time to time cause I think this car DESERVES to be measured and compared to others

I can't afford to do a cage and all the other safety stuff the car needs right now. A dyno run would be much cheaper. I know I need to play with timing on the dyno, I want to make a few pulls at different timing values and see what makes the most power. Right now it's set safe. Since the car is an auto not a manual, I don't know if a load bearing dyno would "hold" the RPMs as the converter will slip. What dyno would be best to use? I know there's dynojets here, and a mustang dyno at a well known shop in houston.
and yes with the auto the numbers are going to be down, but it's still way better than nothing, and those here that know what they're looking at can still make some educated predictions on what the car should be capable of on track.
then in the spring you can just do a 1 hitter quitter drag strip pass once its all sorted. that's what me and the other streetcar broz do

Yes it will, but for spoolup that's ok for me. I'll just tune the AFRs without the air system on.
This is the video I was given, check out how well this works! I am optimistic I can get similar results with a similar setup on my car.

If this is turning into a drag car you need a lot more converter! A LOT more.
The motor needs to be on the line with the boost right on the ragged edge of traction, and the rpm high enough that the motor wont bog as you launch...
All this before the light turns green or your 60 foot will be terrible.
It occurs to me that antilag should respond well to all that added air.
Cool setup!

Performance auto transmissions can hold a gear without downshifting so you ease it up to the 1 to 1 gear then add load and throttle. The dynos that are capable can stop the rpm rise at and point and hold it. It's a lot like a manual once you get above the stall speed of the TC.

What if we started a pool - we each throw in $5 towards a dyno session for the amusement of seeing the numbers, and then Pat will have no choice but to go dyno because it will be free and there is so much peer pressure :-p
