Eventually, for now I'm thinking about slapping on a 2560 with my meth injection and running it at the motors limit. If/when it goes I'll build it.

Why are you going with a smaller turbo on a 1.8 then you did with the 1.6?

I'm guessing it's because a 2560 spools very well (I get full 12psi by 3,800ish starting at 2k) and can EASILY reach the engine's limits.

Motor will be stock and a 2560 can provide all the power the motor can handle and spool quicker than the 2871. When I build the motor I will probably move up to a 30xx.

Dude on partial throttle, when I say partial I mean anything close to 1/2 slips the clutch, and this ****** spool rather quick and hits hard . Well you know.

I get that at 4 ish on a big *** 3076 .86.

however I do agree that for stock motor a 2560 would make for a decent streetable turbo with lots of delicious midrange for low speed commuting.

Trust me, I loved mine as well. But remember now, we are talking about using stock motors. And with a 2560 I can make just as much power as you can (maybe more 99 motor > 94-97) and have better spool.

Cleaned the head lights, painted insides black, put the 6UL's and GV lip on. Car still needs a good bath.

I'm not sure how I feel about the lip, I think with an 01+ front bumper and lights it will look better.

Im partial to the 99-00 bumper, it looks more like a classic sports car, and more like a miata.
The 01+ lights do look better though.

I think when you put 01 lights in the 99 bumper they fir pretty well, theres just a little gap around the bottom.
