Search for my intercooler thread. I started out with an egay one, it was too wide, I canned that idea and picked this up. Dimensions should be in that thread.
I believe its a starion i/c that I modified endtanks on and it worked great.

Update: She now turbo'd and squirted. Running MSII, a GT2560, and FM mani/dp. I still need to swap the Racing beat exhaust for my 3" exhaust. Although I do like how it sounds, but flow > sound. I just got back from Deals gap aka Tail of the Dragon. I put 1,926 miles on the car, I beat the hell out of it while up there and she never complained.
The car is so incredibly dirty right now. Inside, outside and the motor. I'm still running waste gate (10psi). I still need to either tune my ebc or just use an MBC. The plan is to install the 800cc injectors, run 15 psi, install my water injection kit and live with whatever it makes at that point. I also want to install my fog lights some time soon.
