Gonna have to be a rather thin washer. I thought about it.

Why you need a recirculating valve with a maf infront of a turbo

Pretty happy, got around 35-36mpg on the highway while running in the mid 13.x:1 afr range most of the way to the place, fixed that issue on the way back so have to calculate mpg on my return trip.
Temps stayed around 210f
Good 4 hour drive round trip.
Also drove it all on the MAF sensor for fueling.

Why do you have the ecu in the stock box? I know club racing has done away with the whole "stock case" rule, I would think solo has as well.

I wanted a nicer install that fits in the stock area.

What's the purpose in using a MAF sensor over the typical MAP sensor for MS?

datalogging more variables. I can see my tq and hp curves easier, I can plot a compressor curve with more accuracy. Less need to tune a VE table
You tune a maf transfer function, once thats tuned you put your AFR table where you want and go.
Put 14.7 and watch the AFR stay around 14.7
Put 11.5 under boost\high low watch the fuel pull down to 11.5 in that area

Very interesting. Are you using the 1.8 MAF sensor? If so, care to share any information you found during your testing?

no. I wish I had a 1.8 maf sensor to test with though.
Maf sensor and airbox. I could generate a curve that anyone could use and anyone that wanted to megasquirt their 1.8 with the same sensor and airbox would be damn close to have a running setup right out of box, no real tuning needed.
