First, your Advance is doing exactly what you are telling it to here:
Change it to reasonable values, near 10, then turn on Idle RPM Timing Correction, and then set that curve to look kind of like this:
3rd, you need to change your PID Delay(3) from "1" to "3".
Last (or perhaps first) Your PWM idle values are high and close. If you set them properly, then I suspect that the bleed screw is too far in. You are having to open your valve a lot. If you manually set your valve to the lowest number, the car should not stall, just go to about 700 RPM.

EDIT: I would also change the TPS threshold for Closed Loop Idle from "5" to "2".
