Clean the inside of the manifold and valve cover before you mount them to the engine. A few engines have been damaged by blast media on MT.

I love the EP3. I've been considering getting one, but most of them are in horrible condition.

Man, you've got way more grit than I do. If I needed to do this much work, I would just sell it and get one that was already mostly done. Good job though, I'm sure the car is coming together nicely to where you wanted it.

 

That's because you guys in California are spoiled with clean cars. Most older cars that lived most of their lives in the mountains look this way, or much worse! You should see my car .. No rust but definitely gritty AF.

I love the updates Jimmy, can't wait to hear your impressions on the FOX. I'm building a DIY bilstein setup for my car right now, designed around somewhat softer springs and lots of travel to cope with shitty mountain roads.
