You know it! I plan to mount the tires and put them on the car and roll it outside after I get the subframes swapped. I'm going to do pretty much all the underside work before paint -- get the ABS swap done, all that stuff, then off to paint probably early June, final assembly early to mid July.
I think that's realistic...

Ordered 2.5" brake ducts from TSE today.
Planning on ordering brake pads from Fab9 within the next couple days (waiting for Bryan to get back to me on a refund to apply to it).
I'm planning on ordering Hawk DTC-60's front for the 11.75 BBK and DTC-30's rear for the rear sport brakes/calipers.
Anyone have anything else to say about the brake pads choice before I pull the trigger on those? I had wanted to try PFC but they don't make a sport caliper rear fitment.

I'm back from Arizona. Itty bitty updates.
I'm keeping my sport rear setup. I'll shave the rear pads if I have to. So now I'm debating between three brake pad options. Here they are, currently in order of what I'd do:
1. DTC-60 front, DTC-30 rear. Doesn't require pad shaving.
2. PFC 97 front and rear
3. PFC 01/11 front and rear.
Would like to try PFC's but I think they were sold out or something. Anyway, any input here is appreciated.
Also, I dropped off the diff at the trans shop yesterday. Marsh Transmission in Tualatin. SUPER nice guys, and they said it all looks good. I told them no rush, they said they'd have it done likely by the weekend, if not then early next week.
My parents should be arriving tomorrow evening, and this weekend and next weekend I won't get much work done because partying with family. Oi. Gotta make some time for this sometime.
The S2000 is STILL not finished

My brake recommendation is to choose the option that requires you to do zero pad modifications whenever you get new pads.
DTC60 front / 30 rear should do fine. I modified DTC60 non-sport rears to fit my sport brakes last year. This ended up being bad for two reasons. 1 the swept area is a bit different, slightly smaller, so you end up with a different wear pattern on the rotor. 2 one of the modified pads apparently stuck, overheated, and sproing-ed itself into an interesting shape.

You didn't miss anything. Body guy is still working on it. Hope it's done by the time we go out to the coast next weekend, but I won't lose sleep over it. He's doing the work for an incredible price and he's working carefully.... even if he is terrible at returning my phone calls.
I do like this idea. I suppose I ought to start there and see how I like it. It does come well recommended.

S2000 is done, except the rear upright I bought is bent. Ordered a new one and am awaiting its arrival. I'll be picking the car up Sunday and hopefully swap spindles Monday.

What is happening here? This is the booster and master out of the MSM. Looks like brake fluid leak, but the brakes always felt great on this car. Could it have just been a spill or should I not run this booster?
I believe I could just run the NB1 booster with the MSM master and I understand that would increase pedal effort, is that correct?
