Scrat - IRTB Build
I secretly want my next Miata to be an IRTB build. OK, I'm out of the closet about it. Feels good man.
Anyway, great looking project thus far. Count me among the jelly as well. Definitely in for vids and the glorious sounds sure to come from this engine.

Pre-Duratec, they all came with K Series engines in various states of tune.
The modern Duratec-engined Caterham CSR260 also uses roller barrels -
And note that unlike with the Rover engines, Caterham haven't made a big PR deal out of the use of roller barrels with the modern Duratecs. Which would suggest that the people who design banzai-power small NA road car engines for Caterham see roller barrel induction as better than butterfly plate style, for whatever reason.
So yes, to sum up, you should all use roller barrel induction :P

A bunch of updates on ClubRoadster, he's in the midst of painting so it looks meh, but if you're in to lots of in-process pictures of some very impressive body work, they're there.
^this.
Not sure what went down, however, his CR.net sig suggests it's not all rainbows and ponies.
