Security stuff will basically be deleted. Even though I have an entire 350z wiring harness and security components. After going over lots of options, settled on an UpRev reflash. A buddy will handle that and while deleting the NATS stuff, it'll get a quick tune adjustment and a tweak to the e-throttle settings so it responds like a real throttle.
I may be into this now.

Good for you man. I did some serious crunching of numbers and thought processing on this swap for about two weeks and decided not to do it. I just could not forcast this kind of time into my schedule with a 13 month old and constantly traveling for my job.
Good luck!!!!
So, Mr. Envy here prob subscribing to this thread now.

Front sump makes this a bit more work than a 'typical' swap... but I'm certain it will be WELL worth it in the end.
For fun... a single turbo stock motor VQ35 dyno... 8psi

Basically you end up wiring up power/gnd/e-pedal/ignition. Should be it.

[[According to Wikipedia]]
The engine used in the 35th Anniversary Nissan 350Z displayed exactly twice the output of the original 1969 Datsun 240Z
The 3.5 L (3498 cc) VQ35DE is used in many modern Nissan vehicles. It adds variable valve timing and has a bore of 95.5 mm and stroke of 81.4 mm. Output ranges from 240 hp to 301 hp (179 to 225 kW) and 246 ft·lbf to 287 ft·lbf (334 to 390 Nm).
The VQ35DE is built in Iwaki, Japan and Decherd, TN. It was on the Ward's 10 Best Engines list for 2002 through 2006, the only engine to be on Ward's list every year since it's inception.
The VQ35DE has an aluminum engine block and aluminum DOHC cylinder heads. It uses SFI fuel injection, has 4 valves per cylinder with VVT and features forged steel connecting rods, a one-piece cast camshaft, and Nissan's nylon intake manifold technology.
A modified version of the VQ35DE, called the S1 is produced by Nismo for the Fairlady Z S-Tune GT. It produces 300 ps or 285 hp (220 kW) at 7200 rpm - a higher rev-limit than that of the original VQ35DE.
The VQ35DE is featured in the following vehicles:
* 2001-2004 Nissan Pathfinder (240 hp)
* 2002-2004 Nissan Maxima (255 hp)
* 2004- Nissan Maxima (265 hp)

Not to mention costs go through the roof when it becomes racing vs fun time at the track.
0 need to "race". Having lap times to help me figure out my improvement at a driver is MORE than enough.
