I'm trying guys, got a bit distracted by getting back into range time and the gtx tweaks, basement project.

Hopefully banging out the gtx suspension swap so I can really enjoy it for the rest of winter/years etc... Then I can get into it. Trying to stick to priorities is a pain in the ****

I know the drill... It's not like I'm breezing through my mods at the moment either.

I am enormously disappointed by the lack of progress here. April 23rd is sort of right around the corner...

Get off my back man!!!!!

Anyways... made some progress on a VQ project. Notice that it isn't THE VQ project.
I needed a coffee table for the basement.... so:

Mostly stuff is cleaned. Bit more work to the block, then I secure pistons/rods to block and place glass on.

Splittime i envy you i always wanted to do the VQ35 swap in a miata. I saw BEGI started to do it a few years back but never they never finished. I think this is a better swap then a rotary and v8.

Honestly its a bolt style I've never seen. I think it might be a Star socket? Or is that the exhaust manifold studs... blah. Why couldn't they just use a normal bolt for the mains dammit

easy way to get it off being that you will never need it again.

Take the Fae method and grind the **** out of it and hope for the best.
