I had that same problem with my singular ducts. I ended up very lightly clearancing the tie rod end with a grinder.

Mine where rested up against the rotor and pinned at the ball joint. I just cut an angle out of them. Everywhere is closed or won't put my car on a rack. Ended up at a Honda dealer with a 3 hour wait, but they had no qualms about a custom alignment and have a floor pit type aligning system.

Right, mine were too, that's why I clearanced the tie rod mount. They hit the disc and they hit the arm. After clearancing the arm, they fit. Sure is close! Cutting them would work too, I just didn't want to mess up the powder coating.

I messed up the powder coat, but I expect the dust to do the same. It's aluminum so I'm not too worried about rust.

Car is almost done! Just have to install the oil cooler somehow and fashion a under tray attachment point to the new subframe. I also doubt I'll have time to create ducting. I have zero space for the oil cooler, I'm a bit miffed.

I had that same issue, ended up massaging it with a body hammer until it cleared the rotor. Luckily it doesn't buzz or anything or I'd go insane

Man, that looks awesome.

That tubular subframe sure looks like it makes things much easier to reach from a serviceability perspective too. Now I want one, haha!

looks really baller
you can still use oem tray, just zip tie the 2 rear mounting points instead of bolts.

The intercooler piping majorly interfered and I'm missing some mount studs. I've changed some of the routing so it may work better now, but I also don't have the front airdam part that would fit where the intercooler sits.

So when I got a hanger welded on, they didn't lift the exhaust up high enough such that the bushing was pushing the clamp down onto the rear subframe. It rattled a lot, but only under decel.

Just shaved the corner a bit and it's nice and quiet. The small things in life.

That's a big deal. Mine was undriveable above 75 or so with the exhaust rattling the entire car under decel.

That's a serious machine. I'm thrilled to have been able to work on it.

BTW, if there was ever a time for you to get out to Katie's Cars and Coffee, it's this Saturday. Holiday weekends bring out the best cars in the area. You should come out.

Yeah, like Saturday morning! I've never felt like my car was out of place at Katie's. There's love for everything there.

I went to a car's and coffee's at Katie's years ago, probably 6-8 years ago range.

I don't know about 8 years ago, but it's fairly unreal now. I'll get some pictures and post em wherever this forum supports that type of thread.
