EFR is attached! I ran into a few issues getting the perfect fitment, but those are the little things I'll be sorting out over the coming weeks. I had to cut the rear shelf about 1/4 - 1/2 " and also bang in the firewall to get the DP to fit right. I still have to go back and bang in some of my DP to make me feel a little better about it, but I can do that later.

I also stripped out the bolt and nut on my stainless exhaust clamp for the DP. I need to reach out to Sav and see where I can get a replacement :/

Right now I have my IC piping off and my flapper open. I wanted to see if I could get the car started to check for leaks and other issues. I struggled with this for two days...pretty sure I got hypoxic a few times from my open DP. I finally got the car idling and going after a few changes to my VE and idle controls.

Getting close to complete. All major components are finished. Just working on the small stuff now.

Power steering reservoir relocation and PS fitting flip worked just as I envisioned it would!

I am struggling getting my preload for my WG right. Can anyone tell in this photo if I need to clock my midsection? It does not feel right...

Working on ducting. It's not perfect, but I was not looking for anything crazy.

Bumper goes on tomorrow.. then I got to figure out these singular headlight lid mounts.

Although open DP right now..the car is on the road and going though trials. VE table needs some adjustment due to the large injectors - but it runs great considering.

That is the best goddamn paint that I've seen on a car. I really want a yellow car now.

Six, I want to see the crazy rising sun creature on your car. Maybe genesplicer's old car, can't remember.

Genesplicer decided to keep the kamikaze car.

I agree that this yellow was a good choice.

Thanks folks.

I love the paint as well. As I mentioned in previous posts, the only person I've come across who hasent has been my Ex GF - I've since traded her in for a better model anyways.

The paint has been holding up really well, considering it's a $1400 macco special. I was lucky enough that the shop owner liked the car - so they "tried extra." Plus it helped that I took litrally everything off the car prior to paint.

Still - I forsee a new coat a few years from now. The paint is brittle and low quality..rocks tear it up pretty bad..hence the gimp mask. I haven't tracked this chassis yet , but im terrified of paint damage from slinging debris.

Looks great. Pretty epic that you were able to get your projectors so far forward and in you could keep your turn signals in the housings.

Finally getting into some boost after the clutch break-in.

Trying to work out the little things is becoming a PITA. The exhaust work I got ended up a disaster. The alignment I got this afternoon from the Mazda dealership is laughable. Wheel is ~ 20 deg off. I don't even know how you could manage to do that... I hate when other people work on my car.

The wastegate that came with my turbo has way less spring strength than I was hoping for...so EBC might be coming back into the game.

Why no shroud? You are not getting as much benefit from that fan since only a part of the rad area is getting air sucked when not in motion or moving slow. I've put shroud and sealed with a pool noodle all around in front of the rad and behind the front scoop, so this will help push as much through rad as possible including areas not getting the most air pressure.
