Could be the 3.6 rear end and 6-speed combination? Not totally sure.

New brake ductwork and recent pictures. The 3" ductwork is giving me trouble, even with the extra room I have under here.

Working with a few vendors for some custom driving gear. Kinda a shame there is no large market for youth sizes.. kinda scary.

Next thing up is a cool shirt pump.

Note: Wheels did not crack...even with my wife on the wing.

The ducting should not go between the sway bar and the tire because the tire will nearly touch or touch the sway at full lock. Route it under.

6ul joke is poscat worthy.

Can confirm, just smashed $10 of brake ducting thinking I would never hit full lock.

After twelve years of suffering, I'm going to bite the bullet on floor mounted pedals and MCs. My number one concern about this is force applied without the vacuum assist. Unless I have a gun to my head, I wouldn't want to be in a position where over 70 lbs is required for a really hard stop. (I only weigh 77 lbs wet)

Here are some armchair calculations I've been figuring. (1991 no ABS). BTW: Tilton recommended/paired the MCs to the car/setup.

Stock pedal ratio (4.1:1) + vacuum assist (4.7:1) + 0.875 MC @ 44 lbs leg force = ~ 705 psi (F/R proportion knee point not accounted)
Tilton pedal standard ratio (5.7:1) + 0.625 Front / 0.7 Rear MC @ 44 lbs leg force = ~ 450/290 psi (prior to pivot offset)

To get the same pedal force as assisted, I would need to extend the Tilton pedal to over 8:1 ratio! Normally, a 13" tall pedal wouldn't fit..but it will for me.

Tilton pedal modified ratio (8.33:1) + 0.625 Front / 0.7 Rear MC @ 44 lbs leg force = ~ 668/419 psi (prior to pivot offset)

Very interesting. A unconventional solution for an unusual circumstance.

Will the pedal throw be too long?
