Smog legal but smog is due in a month.

it NOW has Drag dr44. 15x8. with some new tires that i got in a trade. practically brand new.

pretty clean, normal wear and tear for a 10 yr old car. Interior is practically perfect, its a good deal. some stains on the rims from street tar (that can be taken out, its just been there for a bit so its a stubborn stain) and your normal rock chips on the paint job. Like i said, normal wear and tear. Selling car bc i need a down payment for a larger car.

Here is the maintenance list:
new alpine radio head unit not seen in pics but is installed. Will throw in stock radio head unit if buyer wants it. Works perfect.
brand new MAF sensor replaced a yr ago. Still have perfectly working stock OEM maf sensor if buyer wants it.
new Crank position sensor replaced at alhambra mazda dealership
new throttle position sensor replaced
new blue NRG spark plug wires replaced
new NRG iridium IX spark plugs replaced
Brand new coil packs, both packs replaced
Brand new front o2 sensor from Bosche.
godspeed coils in the rear, flyin miata v-maxx classics in the front
brand new Flyin' Miata rear and front anti-sway bars.
changed oil and filter 1k ago.
Timing belt and water pump OEM replacement kit along with all seals and belts replaced and done at Indotech shop (in arcadia, CA) by Alex.
Brand new boost sensor for egr system replaced as well so it runs perfect (annoying 180 dollar fix)
I have a roll bar by Hard Dog, short stub antenna, and new mazdaspeed performance motor mounts that havent been installed and are new in box. I might throw all of it depending on the offer.

Cons:
needs alignment since its been lowered.

Sorry forgot to ask, any wear and tear to the driver's side seat?

Leak is some where by the cat. it scrapped a bit on a speed bump a while back. Theres a half inch tear in the driver side. Very small, has not torn more since i got the car.
