I bought this car to build a spec Miata out of but decided to take the Chump Car racing route instead so this is up for sale now.


Mechanically, the car is in nice shape. Smooth engine and trans. Has some generic intake and exhaust and I just installed a Planet Miata shift rebuild kit.

Typical Miata wear and tear throughout. I repairs a tear in the softtop but its not really a clean job. Yes, it has rust in front of the right rear tire. Doesn't seem to be to bad. It also has a tear in the driver seat.

Of course being a 01 LS model it has big brakes, VVT motor, Torsen, and a 6spd.

Would be a great car to fix up a little or make a nice spec Miata out of.
