I am sure they will figure out how to do that if it is not already under development.

As I mentioned above, it's realistically the same for alcohol. Breathalyzers are NOT accurate - if I have a 9% BAC, I can blow a 4% or a 15% and it would be within fully calibrated parameters.

Blood/etc. is the only accurate measurement for either.

P.S. If you take a breathalyzer, and a cop tells you to "blow harder", it's because he also knows about this flaw, and is trying to artifically inflate your numbers.

It is only a matter of time I think, so I hope people would just realize that and stop postponing the inevitable. Just legalize it already. I haven't heard anybody give a good reason for keeping it illegal.

But it's a gateway drug!

I would personally put up cash on a bet that more people get addicted to Meth from ADD/ADHD medicine, then from pot.

I love that line of reasoning. If it really is a gateway drug, shouldn't we legalize it so that people don't have to buy their weed from a guy who also sells meth?

I would love to know what pot dealers you use that also sell meth.

Don't you know that all drugs are equally bad, and that all criminals sell all types of drugs?

I do have to ask a question. Are you implying that pot can only be a gateway drug if my pot dealer sells more than just pot?

I know what that is. I'm not looking at pics of krokodil users.

Yes. Or that your pot smoking friends will also have meth. How else could it be a gateway drug? Like if I smoke some pot I am suddenly addicted to meth?

But mostly, I don't assume people are using logic when they say things like 'pot is a gateway drug', so I assume that is the most likely scenario in those peoples minds.

Miatas are a gateway to liking the taste of other men, or owning cats.

Or are cats a gateway to owning Miatas?

EDIT: It's the latter. I owned my cat before my first Miata. Oddly I now have two cats and two Miatas. Coincidence?

I was kind of getting at the friends idea because that is usually how people are introduced to new drugs. I think meth is a bit of a stretch but I think the argument could be made for other drugs lile mushrooms and pills.
