The "across state lines" is just a BS headline. Rittenhouse apparently works in Kenosha, and his home is about a 15 minute drive "across the state line". He was there because he was a member of the community.

I get what you're saying, but what I'm thinking is usually tempered by the time it makes social media. Otherwise, if I acted on my thoughts there would be mayhem.
